Terms & Conditions

1. Placing Orders

• You can place orders through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store.
• Orders are subject to product availability and delivery coverage within Kigali.
• Veje reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to availability, incorrect pricing, or other operational reasons.

2. Delivery

• We currently deliver only within Kigali.
• Delivery is free during available grouped time slots
• Express delivery is available at an extra cost based on location.
• Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery. Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.

3. Payment

• Payments can be made via Mobile Money, cash on delivery (COD), or other approved methods.
• Full payment must be received before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

• Orders can be canceled up to 1 hour before delivery time.
• Refunds are issued for missing, spoiled, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery (photo proof may be required).
• In-store purchases are non-refundable unless the item is visibly defective and returned the same day. See our full Refund & Return Policy for more details.

5. Privacy & Security

• Your data is protected and used only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience.

6. Loyalty & Referral Programs

• Users can earn points and rewards through eligible purchases and referrals.
• Loyalty points are non-transferable and may be subject to expiration.
• Abuse of the program (fake referrals, manipulation) may lead to disqualification.

7. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the platform or services (e.g., fraudulent orders, abusive language).
• Veje reserves the right to suspend or block any user account or phone number for violating these Terms.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and branding on our platforms are the property of Veje and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be handled by local laws and jurisdictions.
